I’m 29 and I’ve been in the service industry for 13+years as a pastry chef, line cook, barista, server, dishwasher, caterer, cook and manager.
I grew up on the Eastern Plains of Colorado, homeschooled on a ranch. I moved to the big city (Littleton, Colorado) and started working in fine dining restaurants in Denver when I was 16. I dropped out of culinary school when I was 20 and spent some time traveling / working on a marijuana farm in California (sorry Dad).
I lived in Portland, Oregon for a couple years attending way too many music festivals and happened to meet the love of my life and now boyfriend of 5+ years Corey, while working at Whole Foods.
We are currently traveling abroad in Europe/SE Asia May – July of 2019 and will be moving to Seattle, Washington in August 2019 to put down roots.
I am passionate about real food. I love a good shower beer.
